What are your fees?

My fee is $250 per hour for all offered services.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24 hour cancellation notification policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no show appointments are subject to full session charge.

Do you offer in-person therapy?

I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. I require a virtual appointment as an initial meeting for all clients before we can meet in-person.

I also offer Walk & Talk therapy sessions in High Park. In these sessions, we walk side by side, which can feel less intimidating than traditional face-to-face sessions. This method can be particularly effective for clients who feel more comfortable talking while moving or for those who might benefit from the calming effects of nature.

Do you accept OHIP or Insurance?

While Registered Psychotherapists are regulated health professions in Ontario, they are not covered under OHIP, OW or ODSP. The majority of extended health benefits, however, do cover psychotherapy. I encourage you to speak with your insurance provider about services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist to determine your eligibility and approved rates of coverage. I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider.

How do I pay?

Payment is due after each session. I will send you an invoice and you can pay via e-transfer.
